YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy & orders

When you place an order, we store your name, mobile number, delivery address, city, order notes and order details to manage confirmation, delivery, returns and COD records. Do not include payment card information in notes.

Only the authorised store owner can access customer records in the dashboard. Delivery details may be shared with the selected courier to fulfil your order. The website does not automatically send marketing messages.

Your bag quantity is stored temporarily in this browser session. Order records are stored on the store server. To request correction or deletion, use the support contact shown at checkout when ordering opens; records required for unresolved orders may need to be retained.
